in the jodi arias murder trial, and a week after the sequester began has the sky fallen on you? we'll cover it all in seven minutes, "happening now." bill: jon, thank you. see you at the top of the hour. we have new information on a young woman killed by a lion in california. the focus is on an open-caged door that likely put the animal and 24-year-old diana hansen at the same place at the same time. adam housley is on that live in l.a. now. is this different from what we heard just yesterday, adam? >> reporter: yeah, bill in fact this new information started coming out later in the day. originally the thought was that the 24-year-old intern had gone into the cage after-hours and it was just her and another worker there, and that that was obviously against the rules. but now we are hearing that what apparently happened was the cage wasn't fully secured, the door at least wasn't, the cat got the latch open, he got her from behind swiping her with his claw and breaking her neck instantaneously. that is a different account. any of the claw marks or bite marks happened after she was dead, that'
